This privacy policy applies only to personal information collected on the platform. This privacy policy does not apply to information collected by the company in other ways, including information collected offline. Please read this privacy policy carefully. By continuing to use the services, or access the platform you agree to this privacy policy. If you do not agree to this privacy policy, you may not avail the services.
Access to the Platform is subject to the Terms and Conditions (Terms) accessible on the Platform, above terms used and not defined in this Privacy Policy, shall have the same meaning qualified to them in the Terms.
For the purpose of this Privacy Policy, the Customer or Borrower will hereinafter be denoted as “you.”

1. INTRODUCTION
KESHAV FINCAP Private Limited is a non-banking financial company (“Lender”). Under the loan agreement between you and the Lender, the App Platform is authorized to collect, store, verify, and share your personal information as required for loan processing. This information is collected via the mobile application.
We are committed to protecting your privacy and have outlined our data collection, use, and disclosure practices in this Privacy Policy. Please read it carefully to understand how we handle your personal information.
2. DEFINITIONS
“LENDER” or “we” shall mean KESHAV FINCAP Private Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013.
Lending Service Provider” (LSP) shall refer to an agent of a Regulated Entity (RE) (including another RE) who carries out one or more of the RE’s digital lending functions, or part thereof, including but not limited to customer acquisition, services incidental to underwriting and pricing, servicing, monitoring, and recovery of specific loans or loan portfolios on behalf of the RE. This is done in conformity with the extant outsourcing guidelines issued by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI).
“Digital Lending Apps/Platforms” (DLAs) shall mean Mobile and/or web-based applications, either standalone or as part of a suite of functions, with a user interface that facilitates digital lending services. DLAs include applications of the Regulated Entity (RE) as well as those operated by Lending Service Providers (LSPs) engaged by the RE for extending any credit facilitation services in conformity with RBI’s outsourcing guidelines.
“Customer(s)” or “you” or “End-Users” or “Borrower” shall mean any person who accesses, downloads, uses, and views the Platform and the Services.
